Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes are greeting summer temperatures with the return of a cool incentive that is one of the builders’ most popular — the Beat the Heat sales event.
Through the limited-time promotion, the builders will prepay two years’ worth of electricity bills for people buying a new home from June 8 through July 31. The incentive is valid for all of the builders’ Houston-area communities and for buyers in Coventry Homes’ Build On Your Lot program.
“This is a program that we bring back year after year because it resonates with buyers,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes.

Houston, TX (Dec. 1, 2017) – Houston-area homebuyers who have postponed making a decision on a new home to the end of the year will find their wait well worth it as Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes have introduced a Home for the Holidays sales event that provides up to $50,000 in incentives.
Buyers purchasing a home from Dec. 1 to 31 will receive up to $50,000 in incentives, which could be a discount in the home’s sales price or design center credit that can be used toward building an outdoor kitchen, installing hardwood floors or outfitting the home with smart technology.
“Homebuyers have been waiting all year for an incentive like this one,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes. “This sales event gives buyers the choice on how they spend the offer and get the home they have always wanted.”

HOUSTON, TX (Oct. 2, 2017) – Houston-area homebuyers have some strong reasons to purchase an inventory home this month — 200,000 of them.
During the “Houston Strong” sales event Oct. 2-31, buyers will save up to $200,000 off the cost of select move-in ready homes in well-appointed communities throughout the Houston area. To be-built and Build On Your Lot homes are excluded.
“We have more than 100 inventory homes available that buyers can move into now,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes. “These homes were unaffected by the Hurricane Harvey and many include upgrades such as hardwood floors, Texas-sized patios with outdoor kitchens and media rooms.”
All Coventry and Plantation homes are built to meet or exceed the highest standards set by the Environments for Living (EFL) program....
