The Meadows at Imperial Oaks Touts Spring Home Tour Incentive

Buyers interested in a prime north Houston location will want to tour luxuriously appointed model homes in The Meadows at Imperial Oaks during its April Spring Home Tour.

During the month-long event, buyers will receive a $5,000 bonus that can be used toward structural options such as an outdoor kitchen, game room wet bar or other request. The incentive also can be applied toward designer upgrades that personalize a home and create a chic interior.

The Spring Home Tour showcases model homes by builders Ashton Woods Homes, Coventry Homes, J. Patrick Homes and Plantation Homes. The $5,000 options incentive applies to all builders.

Located within the master-planned community of Imperial Oaks, The Meadows at Imperial Oaks offers a naturally wooded setting and home prices from the $200,000s to the $600,000s. Builders have homes in varying stages of construction for those with quick move-in schedules, or buyers can select from an intriguing array of one- and two-story designs that offer a wealth of state-of-the-art features.

The Meadows at Imperial Oaks is located off Rayford Road and Interstate 45 in Spring, just five minutes from the ExxonMobil campus and near the newly opened Grand Parkway. Employment centers and popular destinations such as The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and Old Town Spring are nearby.

Within The Meadows at Imperial Oaks, residents enjoy multiple amenities including a new recreation center with a pool, spray pad, picnic pavilion, playground and clubhouse overlooking a 17-acre community lake.

Students attend highly regarded schools within the Conroe Independent School District, including Birnham Woods Elementary, Tom Cox Intermediate, York Junior High and Oak Ridge Senior High.

The Meadows at Imperial Oaks is a project of McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes. Upon completion, it will be home to more than 1,200 families.
