The model, at 2623 Oakland Park Drive, is Ashton Woods’ popular Bridgeport design. The four-bedroom model has several structural upgrades, including a media room, balcony and covered patio with stone fireplace. Base price on the plan is in the $330,000s and another Bridgeport design is ready now at 2630 Granite River. With 3,228 square feet, this home offers four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a media room, game room and wood floors. Pricing is in the $380,000s.

Ashton Woods Homes offers 10 plans in the community priced from the $290,000s and ranging from 2,433 to 3,300 square feet. Homes are designed for 60-foot homesites and four elevations per plan promise a diverse streetscape. Wooded, greenbelt and cul-de-sac homesites are available.

The Meadows at Imperial Oaks is nestled in the master-planned development of Imperial Oaks. Residents will enjoy a recreation center with a pool and spray ground that is slated to open this summer and is in walking distance from the Ashton Woods neighborhood. Students attend highly regarded schools in the Conroe Independent School District, including Birnham Woods Elementary School, York Junior High School, Cox Intermediate School, the Oak Ridge Ninth Grade Campus and Oak Ridge High School.

“Located a few miles east of Interstate 45, residents of the Meadows at Imperial Oaks will be near popular destinations in The Woodlands, including The Woodlands Mall and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion,” said Crystal Ford, community sales manager. “It’s difficult to find homes in this price point so close to The Woodlands.”
