Coventry and Plantation Homes Tout Houston Strong Sales Event

HOUSTON, TX (Oct. 2, 2017) –     Houston-area homebuyers have some strong reasons to purchase an inventory home this month — 200,000 of them.

During the “Houston Strong” sales event Oct. 2-31, buyers will save up to $200,000 off the cost of select move-in ready homes in well-appointed communities throughout the Houston area. To be-built and Build On Your Lot homes are excluded.

“We have more than 100 inventory homes available that buyers can move into now,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes. “These homes were unaffected by the Hurricane Harvey and many include upgrades such as hardwood floors, Texas-sized patios with outdoor kitchens and media rooms.”

All Coventry and Plantation homes are built to meet or exceed the highest standards set by the Environments for Living (EFL) program. Homes certified under this program save owners money on energy costs, reduce environmental impact and are healthier than other homes.

Coventry Homes is active in 28 communities in and around Houston offering single-family designs and townhomes in such well-regarded communities as Towne Lake in Cypress, Aliana in Richmond, Grand Central Park in Conroe and Cane Island in Katy. Homes are priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million.

Plantation Homes can be found in 15 communities including Harvest Green in Richmond, The Meadows at Imperial Oaks in Spring and Dellrose in Hockley. Homes are priced from the $190,000s to more than $500,000.

Parent company MHI has been building homes in Texas for more than 25 years and offers designs in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, in addition to Houston.
