The Meadows at Imperial Oaks Touts 6 New Models
Five builders now have model homes open in The Meadows at Imperial Oaks, a new Spring community near the Exxon-Mobil headquarters in north Houston.
Ashton Woods Homes offers 10 home designs for 60-foot properties priced from the $290,000s in the naturally wooded development. Four homes are ready now.
Beazer Homes has four plans priced from the $250,000s for 50-foot homesites in the community and more than 20 homes underway, many of which are ready now.
Coventry Homes is the latest builder to open a model home in The Meadows at Imperial Oaks, offering 13 plans priced from the $410,000s. Several homes are underway in the neighborhood’s gated 70-foot section.
J. Patrick Homes also builds in the gated neighborhood of 70-foot properties and has three move-in ready homes. The builder has 10 available floor plans with base pricing from the $430,000s.
Plantation Homes has two models open in the development. Plans for 50-foot homesites are priced from the $230,000s and designs for 60-foot properties are priced from the $290,000s. More than a dozen homes are underway, including several that are ready now.
With 400 acres, The Meadows at Imperial Oaks will be home to more than 1,200 families. Developed by McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., parent company of Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes, The Meadows at Imperial Oaks has 170 homesites in its first section.
A community recreation center overlooking a 17-acre lake and including a pool, toddler pool with spray features, a pavilion, playground and clubhouse is scheduled to open this summer.
Students attend highly regarded schools within the Conroe Independent School District, including Birnham Woods Elementary, Tom Cox Intermediate, York Junior High and Oak Ridge Senior High.
Nestled within the master-planned community of Imperial Oaks, The Meadows at Imperial Oaks is a few miles east of Interstate 45 and about five miles from the new ExxonMobil campus under construction at Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road. The Woodlands Mall, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and other popular entertainment destinations also are nearby.
