McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) has tapped five well-known builders for its new development of The Meadows at Imperial Oaks, a Spring, Texas community near the ExxonMobil headquarters underway in north Houston.

Builders are Ashton Woods Homes, Beazer Homes, Coventry Homes, J. Patrick Homes and Plantation Homes. Model home construction should begin in 30 to 45 days with presales slated to begin at the beginning of October. Coventry Homes and Plantation Homes are part of the MHI family of builders.

“These builders offer a complementary palette of designs for homes priced from the $200,000s to the $600,000s that should give prospective buyers an array of choices,” said Keith Faseler, division president of land for MHI.

There will be 170 homesites in the project’s first phase: 46 70-foot homesites in a gated neighborhood featuring homes by J. Patrick Homes and Coventry Homes; 77 60-foot homesites, with designs by Ashton Woods Homes and...
